Slide 3: SIMPLE Framework
SIMPLE: Setting In Motion Powerful Liberating Events.
Transformation requires dedication and a shift in perspective.
Though not always easy, each step builds momentum toward authentic living and fulfillment.
Kaizen Philosophy: Kaizen is based on making small changes on a regular basis. Like compound interest, small investments of effort and energy carried out continuously build on each other to become exponential improvements over time
SIMPLE: In Dynamic Balance, achieving transformative change requires SIMPLE activities. SIMPLE does not necessarily mean easy, however. Finding inner equilibrium and holistic alignment in a world that seems set on disrupting our ground of being requires dedication and a shift in thinking. Each step forward, however, fosters momentum towards living authentically and feeling fulfilled in life.
Slide 4: The STEP Model
Spirit inspires Thinking (paradigms), fueling Emotions, and guiding the Physical body to fulfilling your singular cosmic destiny.
Alignment with this flow creates inner peace, fulfillment, and a natural sense of universal love.
This state enables an autotelic life—a life driven by intrinsic motivation and flow.
The STEP model emphasizes the natural flow of Spiritual energy that can inspire Thinking processes, positively charge our Emotional center, and move the Physical body toward fulfilling its unique cosmic destiny, one that aligns with life's greater unfolding. In this alignment, inner peace, fulfillment, and a sense of universal love naturally arise, enabling an autotelic flow of living.
Slide 5: Seeing through the Interference
Worldly interference disrupts Thinking and Emotions, sidelining Spiritual energy.
Our role isn’t to fix the world but to clear a path for peace to flow through us.
By doing so, we naturally contribute to a more peaceful world.
The Interference: When worldly interference dominates our awareness, its negative charges can disrupt our Thinking and Emotions, creating a negative cycle and obscuring Spiritual energy. Our task is not to arrange the world to become peaceful but to clear a path for peace to flow through us, naturally contributing to a more peaceful world.
Slide 6: The 6-Fold Path of Transformation (Inspired by I Ching)
The Creative is a universal, spirit-driven force that generates and awakens.
The Receptive manifests all things in nature, completing the Creative.
The 6-Fold Path ensures creative insights flow into tangible realities, avoiding stagnation and disconnection.
The I Ching describes the Creative as a universal, spirit-driven force that awakens and generates, while the Receptive complements it by manifesting all things in nature. Receptivity then becomes a key element in completing creative insights through this 6-Fold Path which carries with it joy, purpose, and fulfillment. The path is akin to closing an electrical circuit where each step ensures the flow of energy from the abstract to the concrete, insights to manifestations, dreams to reality. Without completing this process, we risk disconnection and stagnation, losing touch with inspiration and intuition.
Slide 7: Receptivity
A non-judgmental state where the present moment is fully embraced.
Fosters openness and allows creative energy to flow freely.
Setting aside judgment opens pathways for imagination and inspiration.
Receptivity is a clear, non-judgmental mental state where the present moment is fully embraced, allowing insights to surface and spiritual flow to expand. In learning or personal growth, it fosters openness and impartiality, setting judgment aside allowing creative energy to flow through imagination.
Slide 8: What is Dynamic Balance?
Maintaining inner equilibrium amidst adversity and external pressures.
Shifting from Automatic to Autotelic Living fosters resilience and well-being.
Dynamic Balance means maintaining inner equilibrium in the face of adversity, external pressures, and life changes. Attaining inner equilibrium requires a shift from Automatic to Autotelic Living
Slide 9: Finding Dynamic Balance
Koyaanisqatsi (life out of balance): Reacting to triggers can resurface unresolved emotions, trapping us in old patterns.
Responding: Derived from the Latin "spond" (to pledge), it means re-pledging to approach life with a fresh perspective.
By pausing and managing interference, we transform experiences into catalysts for fulfilling our purpose and Dharma.
In the left lane leading to Koyaanisqatsi (life in turmoil, life out of balance) triggers (external energy) can cause us to react. To react can create a pathway for unresolved emotions to surface and we can over-react, which is another way of saying re-enacting old traumas in the present. That puts us on automatic, meaning our emotional and psychological wellness is contingent on external sources. We live with an external locus of control.
Conversely in the right lane the 'insight' informs us that our feelings are inside us. If we want to feel better more often, we practice responding in the face of adversity. Responding, derived from the Latin "spond" (to pledge), means re-pledging a fresh perspective to life’s situations, and in doing so we align with the paradigm that life is meant to feel good. By pausing and managing interference without becoming entangled by it, you flow with reality, turning all experiences into catalysts for fulfilling your purpose and living your Dharma with honour and service. This is an internal locus of control.
Slide 10: Autotelic Living
An autotelic mindset finds joy and purpose in the process itself.
Deep focus and intrinsic motivation lead to fulfilling, flow-driven actions.
Practice: Bring mindfulness and gratitude to daily activities, especially those you dislike.
The term "autotelic" describes a state of being or activity that is intrinsically motivated and self-fulfilling, meaning it is done for its own sake rather than for an external reward or outcome. An autotelic person finds joy and purpose in the process itself, often experiencing deep focus and flow in their actions.
Slide 11: SIMPLE Practices
Pause Before Responding: Take 2–3 seconds before replying in conversations. This brief pause creates a noticeable shift between truly listening and simply waiting to speak.
Mindful Chores: Transform daily tasks you dislike into opportunities for mindfulness. Doing so fosters an autotelic mindset, where joy and purpose are found in the process itself.
Practice Gratitude: Bring gratitude into every action, no matter how small or routine.
Breathe Through Adversity: In moments of challenge, take a deep breath to center yourself. This simple act helps shift from reacting impulsively to responding thoughtfully.
Floodlight awareness involves cultivating a wide, receptive state of mind by periodically relaxing our focused attention (Spotlight) and expanding peripheral awareness. In this state, you take in everything without fixating on anything specific.

The Way
-Waywaymegwun
There are those who speak through me. The cardinal points us to the directions where all spirits live. The ones that speak in silence look within to look without. You can hear them talk. It is through me, through you that we are shown the way.
